In this episode, I speak with Lisa Marti and Janine Cleophas from Social Fabric about cultural diversity and why diversity is always linked to questions of justice, inclusion, and belonging.
A conversation about consciously dealing with one's own cultural influences, about the importance of confronting unconscious prejudices and structural inequalities – and about how workplaces can create spaces in which cultural sensitivity is strengthened, different perspectives are heard and people can develop further.
