duration & costs

The Fearless Organization Scan is ideal as an initial assessment of psychological safety within your team and is designed for a maximum of twelve participants. It covers all necessary steps from preparation to debriefing, providing you with in-depth insights into team dynamics.

 

The package includes:

  • 20-minute preliminary interview with the manager

  • 30-minute team briefing before the survey

  • Anonymous online survey (Fearless Organization Scan)

  • Evaluation and preparation of the PSI report

  • Moderated debriefing with the team (2.5 to 3 hours)

 

The price for the entire package is 2,400 CHF.

 

In addition, I offer keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and short presentations on psychological safety – flexibly adapted to your needs and the context of your team.
