this is me
I am Sunita Asnani – facilitator, coach, adult educator and freelance dance artist. For over ten years I have been supporting individuals, teams and organizations in change and development processes.
I work at the intersection of diversity, collaboration, education, and art. I develop workshops, coaching sessions, and participatory formats in which people gain new perspectives, engage in dialogue, and develop solutions together.
As a Swiss-Indian second-generation immigrant, I bring a personal perspective on diverse cultural influences and ways of life. I am interested in what emerges when we view difference not as something to be overcome, but as a starting point for learning, connection, and new ideas.
In my work, I combine reflection and dialogue with movement, artistic methods, and playful forms of exchange. This allows for the emergence of the unfamiliar: new questions, surprising perspectives, and paths that are not predetermined.
Differences are not a hurdle for me. They are a resource.
My story
Born in Switzerland to an Indian family, I grew up surrounded by diverse traditions, values, and perspectives. Between my Indian heritage and the Swiss culture of my environment, I learned early on that there is rarely just one perspective on the world.
This experience has stayed with me to this day. It has shaped my curiosity about people and their stories – and my conviction that encounters become interesting where we don't see everything immediately.
As a transcultural coach, facilitator, and artist, I explore questions of identity, belonging, diversity, and encounter. For over ten years, I have been developing and moderating workshops and participatory formats in which such topics are explored and rethought together.
It is important to me that encounters don't stop at reflection. Movement, rethinking, and trying things out together often open up different ways of approaching a topic – and can enable experiences that have a longer-lasting effect.

Independent facilitator, coach & adult educator
Development and facilitation of workshops, coaching sessions, and participatory formats for organizations and teams. Focus areas: diversity, inclusion and belonging, transcultural collaboration, unconscious bias, and psychological safety.
